Claim of Discrimination Against Persons with MS:

Jenna Machala, Gwen Valentic, Bev Bentley and Shannon Wilde who initiated a claim of discrimination against persons with MS in British Columbia at Human Rights Tribunal will be seeing a Human Rights lawyer on Thursday, June 7th for a legal advice.
The group has spend countless hours researching scientific data, medical publications, medical trials, vascular diagnostic testing and vascular treatments, collecting pertinent documents and testimonials of persons with MS and will present their findings to the lawyer who specializes in human rights cases. At this point, it is not known if the effort is going to lead to the next legal step; we hope it will.
We would like to be able to be ready for other legal possibilities and that is why we are initiating a collection of funds for possible future legal costs. Bev Bentley will be our Treasurer, for information related to the fund please contact her at bentley.bev@gmail.com
